At Patellee, we take great pride in offering beautiful fresh and preserved plants, as well as customised gifts and messages. We want you to be delighted with your purchase! However, please keep in mind our policy regarding returns and refunds:
1. **Plants & Arrangements**
Due to the natural characteristics of plants, we cannot guarantee specific appearance, size, or longevity. Each plant is unique and may vary from what you see in our images. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds on plants once purchased. We encourage you to consider this before making your selection!
2. **Customized Gifts & Messages**
All customised gifts and messages are specially made just for you. Unfortunately, that means they cannot be returned or refunded once they’ve been created. We appreciate your understanding!
3. **Workshops**
If you’ve booked a workshop and need to change the date, we’re happy to help! Please provide us with at least **48 hours notice**, and we can reschedule your reservation. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for workshop bookings.
